How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping worldwide, with only a very select exceptions (see below).

Are customs and duties included?

Shipping, unfortunately, does not include customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving your order. Every country has different fees and taxes and they're up to each customer to pay.

Do you do gift wrap and/or deliver without the receipt?

Unfortunately, because we're using a fulfillment company to handle our shipping, we are not able to customize your order right now. We have had several requests for invoice removal and gift packaging, so it’s definitely something that we would like to offer in the future!
